COMPUTER AIDED DRAFTING AND DESIGN

Students will develop competencies in the fundamentals of technical drafting and computer operation. The class focuses on the skills required for entry level employment as a CADD operator. Activities include short exercises to acquire basic skills and in depth projects to develop problem solving and teamwork. Students also have the opportunity to develop higher-level skills in problem-solving and 3-dimensional modeling. Students are encouraged to design their own individual projects to explore their interests and develop creativity.
